We are happy to exchange product(s) for whatever reason as long as we are informed of your intention to return the product(s) within seven working days of the goods being delivered and where you accept the cost of returning the item and insurance where appropriate. A full refund will only be given where the goods are received in the same condition as when they were shipped by us.
Please note that if you are exchanging a product that is more than the value of the replacement product, we will refund the difference via your original payment method.
If you are exchanging a product that is less than the value of the replacement product, additional payment will be required.
Upon exchanging a product, you will be liable to pay a new shipping and handling charge. Please retain your original invoice as this may be asked for as proof of purchase. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
Do you offer returns or exchange?
Our products, heavenly as they are, are perishable items and unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange once delivered unless defective see question below. However, please use the contact us form within 5 day of receiving the order if you have any problems and we will do our absolute best to resolve the problem.
Product arrived damaged – what should I do?
Should your order(s) arrive damaged and/or defective, firstly we are so sorry to hear that as we know that can be disappointing, we ask that you send us a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and Bader or Ross will get back to you as soon as possible with what to do next. Please visit out dedicated FAQs page if you want to learn more.
Once we have processed and confirmed your refund, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days please email us at email@example.com and Bader or Ross will get back to you as soon as possible.
Corporate & Larger Orders
For corporate or larger orders of 5 or more boxes we will be unable to offer a refund once payment has been made.
