Rutab is a Somerset-based confectionery studio devoted to luxury filled Medjool dates. 

We source exceptional Medjool dates from Jordan and Palestine, chosen for their natural caramel depth and generous softness. Each date is filled in small batches with flavours such as pistachio, citrus, nuts and caramel, then finished in fine Belgian chocolate. 

Inspired by Middle Eastern ingredients and crafted in Somerset, Rutab creates luxury date gift boxes designed for gifting or quiet indulgence.
